App won’t load or crashes
Force-quit and reopen. Restart your device and update to the latest app version.

Audio not playing
Check volume and silent mode. Wired audio avoids Bluetooth delay during sync drills.

Downloads or sync issues
Use a stable connection, then close and reopen the app to retry sync.

Account or login
Sign out and back in. Password reset links go to your email—check spam if needed.
