We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent issues, put "URGENT" in the subject line.
🔧 Quick Troubleshooting
- App won’t load or crashes: Force-quit the app and reopen. If it continues, try restarting your device and ensure you’re on the latest app version.
- Audio not playing: Check device volume and silent mode. Avoid Bluetooth headphones for alignment tasks (they can introduce delay).
- Downloads or sync issues: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app to retry sync.
- Account or login: If you use sign-in, try signing out and back in. Password reset links are sent to your email.
